It is important to note that registering your certified diverse business with Harvard does not guarantee or imply a promise of work or a contract. The University operates in a decentralized environment, and purchasing decisions are made locally by Schools and Units.

Becoming an Active Business in Harvard’s Supplier Portal

After successfully completing the Diverse Business Registration Form, you will receive an official invitation from the Office for Economic Inclusion and Diversity to join our Supplier Portal hosted by the Jaggaer Supplier Network.

Please make sure to complete all mandatory sections on the supplier invitation, especially the diversity classification section, and upload all the appropriate certificates.

Once you complete the supplier invitation, the completed registration is immediately routed to Harvard’s supplier onboarding team for review.

Upon verification from the supplier onboarding team, you are approved and become active for use in our Supplier Portal.

You will appear in our Supplier Portal’s searchable directory for shopping and payment processing.
